About Me
I've always been fascinated by what people say or don't say. The real stuff lives in the spaces between words, in hesitations, in the moments when someone suddenly comes alive in conversation.
That curiosity is what drives how I work.
I'm tuned in to all of it: when you're engaged versus distant, the subtle shifts in how you're showing up, maybe your words don't match your expression. And when I notice something, I name it. Sometimes the clearest way I can articulate what I'm sensing from you in the moment is by sharing my own experience of what's happening in the room.
My work is grounded in attachment theory and deep emotion work. I'm here to help you feel safe enough to be with your most difficult feelings right now, not to push past them or fix them away.
Healing isn't about becoming "unbroken". It's about making space for what's actually there and understanding yourself through it.
I deeply respect the impact that culture, gender identity, sexuality, and all aspects of personal identity have on a person's life. I'm aware of my own privileges and work to create a space where you can share your identities at your own pace. Being LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and anti-racist isn't a footnote for me, it's foundational to how I work.
And if you're skeptical about therapy, you've never been the type to easily open up, or you just don't fit neatly into how people usually talk about emotions, that's ok. I don't need you to be different than you are. We can be straightforward about things, and the deeper work happens when you're ready.
Success looks different for different people.
For some, it's about setting boundaries. For others, it's moving through a major transition or understanding yourself so much better that you're less afraid, less lonely, less reactive. There's no finish line of being fixed. But there's absolutely a way to feel more grounded in who you are.
If this resonates with you, I'd love to connect and explore whether we're a good fit.
