Individual counseling is $180 per session. Couples counseling is $200 per session.

While I don't bill directly to insurance companies, I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Have a general question before getting started? Use the contact me page. Ready to book? New and existing clients can schedule directly through my client portal

My cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you're responsible for the full session fee.

Telehealth & Location

I'm based in Central Austin and offer a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth sessions for clients in the Austin area. For clients anywhere in Texas or Georgia, I offer telehealth only.

How long does therapy take and how often do we meet?

Each session is a 50 minute therapy hour. When you're starting out with me, I recommend weekly sessions for at least the first month so we can get to know each other. After that first month, we can figure out what works best for you, whether that's sticking with weekly sessions, moving to every other week, or another rhythm that fits better for you. And we'll go from there.
