Clinical Supervision

Supervision is one of my favorite parts of this work. I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2006 and a supervisor since 2014, and what I've learned is that the best supervisory relationships look a lot like the best therapeutic ones: honest, growth-oriented, and with enough trust to sit with the hard stuff.

Supervision with me is a combination of case conceptualization, skill building, and professional development, plus a yearly book club (we really do read). I bring humor, patience, cultural competence, and a genuine commitment to modeling self-care and boundary setting. For me, supervision is also a space to celebrate your growth as a clinician, not just troubleshoot cases.

I'm currently interviewing associates to find the right fit. If this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
